Here is a bantam cochin hen about a week younger, she just started getting color to her comb and it is still very small and barely any wattles. I think yours is a cockerel

Rooster. His tail is shaped the way it is due to his breed. Cochins don't have the big waterfall tail most dual purpose breeds have, they have round, fluffy butts.
