I had a very successful hatching season this year my flock went from 13 to 34 birds. I have 3 main groups, 11 chicks that are the oldest around 5 to 6 months old, 6 that are 4 to 3 months old, and 4 that going to be three months old soon and were hatched by their mother.
The four and there mother

As I said in the previous post only two of the first eleven are males and one white one might be. Of the six second oldest two are males, two are white, and two are female. The hen who sat on her eggs tried twice before this summer, she is super broody the two first times she sat on one egg this time we let her sit because we though that the eggs were not fertilized. She proved us wrong though.

if you lived closer i might ask you for a male and a few females for him! i already have 2 pretty black shoulder cameo hens that could use a pretty boy and a few friends!

We kept him and the chicks separated at first because my dad saw him peck them the first day. Now they just avoid him and their mom is definitely in charge she has pecked him a few times there are three big patches of missing feathers from where she showed who is the boss. He is a pied, I dont have any photos right now.
