Thoroughly confused on what to do

Hatch day came and went for this particular egg, I candled it out of curiosity and still has good veining but did not seem no where near fully developed. Any ideas on what I should do or if this is normal or not?

I have one like this.
It's so tiny/under developed but very much alive. I've been advised to leave it in until day 27.

Hi, I had a 6 hatch two days ago but one egg still alive and chirping showed no signs of wanting to pip let alone come out, it did pip though after all the others had dried of nearly 24 hours later. Had to take them out and leave the one in there to see if it would zip, no zip after about 8 hours and ended up in the wrong position for hatching so decided I had to step by step through the day help it. It wanted to come out but was a lot smaller visibily than the others, no idea why it didn’t hatch and develop at the same rate as the others . If it hadn’t piped I would have left it longer to see what would happen. It was about half the size of the others but still fully developed , was strange . Guess sometimes it happens
