Hi everyone! I joined BYC a few months ago and never made it into this area until a few days ago and saw the "Here comes the flood" thread. So incredibly sad. I started off in the forums with the baby chicks, then coop building, feeding, etc. Now I'm ready to settle down and maybe make some new forum friends!

I live in Florida, have done hair since 1986 and have had my own salon now for almost 8 years. I have a few chickens, a couple dogs and a few parakeets.

There........I've introduced myself now, lol. So I'm going to just sort of jump on in, ok?

I'd rather not repeat everyone else. But yes, come right on in. I however, do bite, but it's more like nipping at hands that get too close to my coffee.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! So far I'm learning about water witching, and now I'm looking for someone's chicken coop door that the cow took off with. I haven't heard any cows in my yard, so I'm sure it's not in my neck of the woods, lol.

Razadia, I don't bite the hand that grabs for my coffee, the growl that eminates from my throat is usually warning enough.
