She's very affectionate like my ameraucana and she is very small at 7 months. I searched she seems like she's a silver duckwing old english bantam. Will she become aggressive?

She's what you said. A silver duckwing OEGB.
Very pretty.

Not any more than any other hen.
I believe OEGB are often broody prone.
If you have any large fowl cockerels I would keep an eye out. She's quite small.

Will she be ok in my flock? 3 Rhode Island Reds and 1 Ameraucana (the chic bought with her was killed) I hand raised her. She's running with the big girls but they keep her in line at a distance.

No cockerels just hens. One Rhode Island is broody

I'm worried about her staying warm in winter because other hens won't let her next to them on roost?
