Thoughts on gender?

I have now 3 younger chicks left after Mr. Fox passed by. I have absolutely zero knowledge about this gender of these birdies. They hatched on Aug 5th, it was a surprise hatch. The owner thinks they might be a mix of buff orpington, olive egger but I think she also has silkies.
I think the two bigger ones, which I'm attaching pictures of may be roos judging by the feathers on the tail but again I'm clueless. Any guesses?
The last picture is of what I think is a little female chick.
