Thoughts on incubator humidity

Hi guys just wondering what everyone puts their humidity on and if they dry incubate.

It depends on your location, the location of the incubator, type of incubator, the type of birds you're incubating (chickens, ducks, quail, etc.), how long the eggs were stored, etc. I incubate at 35-40 percent for chickens generally. I have done dry hatches, but I prefer not too because my incubator maintains the 35-40 percent humidity better so I generally stick with that.

I would purchase a calibrated hydrometer then, or calibrate one yourself.
