Three barnyard mix chicks

Hello everyone can anyone help me out with gender on these chicks. They are3-4 weeks old. All I know about breed is that dad was a buff orphington . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Still WAY to young to tell, but as far as now, the last two pictures looks like a roo

Here is an update of my possible roo. I think she might be a RIR buff cross? Not sure anyways can anyone tell me if this is a male or female. My son loves this chicken so I really don't want to get rid of him if he turns out to be a she? Help!!!

Looks to be a roo. I'm not good with breeds so I can't help you there. Are you not allowed to have roosters in your area?
