three chickens sick worried others are to!!!!

I have three girls with runny beaks loose stool and a coughing noise I'm going to try apple cider vinegar in water and tylan but not sure if I should treat all ten of my sweeties or just the three. Should I mix the tylan with a treat ? Im new chicken owner and want to take care of them well advice much appreciated

Tylan comes in different forms--oral which is powder, and injectable, which can be given orally or in a shot. Most people prefer the injectable Tylan 50 because you can give it either way. Injectable is best, oral Tylan 50 is second best, and orally with the powder is third best way. The Tylan 50 costs about $12 and I would treat the 3 sick ones with it, then if I had already bought the powder, I would treat the others, but you would have to separate the sick 3 (which I would do anyway) so that they don't overdose. I hope that makes sense. Don't put vinegar in the Tylan mix.
