Three Day Old Chick with leg/ toe problems--Pics Included

One of our three day old chicks has something wrong with it's feet/ toes. We would appreciate any help in know how to treat and what is wrong.

Some of them are just born with crooked toes...they'll probably always be like that but he should get along just fine.
