Three day old chick with one eye closed seems to be opening and closing its beak

I am really worried that one of my three day old chicks keeps opening and closing its beak

Is it eating and drinking and pooping OK?
Pics of your brooder and heater would help here.
It might be panting because its too hot?

Luckily it is doing all those things and I have raised the brooder a little bit. The other three chicks are not panting

It seems to be ok today . They are eating chick crumbs and drinking water. I shall be giving them a bit of grit tomorrow . I also have raised the level of their brooder

Young chick eating chick starter don't need grit. Grit isn't needed until they're older and start eating trests, bugs, worms, etc.

Unless it's a poor quality chick crumble, but most commercial chick starter has all the grit in it a young chick needs. Check the label and you should see it.
