Three Inch Egg

I got abig suprise today. My fat aracana laid a 3-inch long, 6-inch round egg today. They all lay large eggs but this was the biggest since they started laying in July.

I went out to get eggs a little while ago. One of my Black Austroplores was sitting in her ususal spot. She got up and there was this huge egg! I have gotten double yokers that were big before, but this was huge! All I could say was I'm so sorry and gave her some extra scratch grains. I think she deserved it!
