THREW UP SOME WATER?

I have a 10wk. old chick that I saw take a couple of sips of water and then walked over to the feeder and threw up the water. It wasn't alot but should I be concerned?

I once had an adult chicken that did this when I first got her and I took her to the vet and the vet said that it was a sign of worms. This chick and all the others have been eating medicated chick starter. I don't have to worm them do I?

Sometimes they just "burp" up water ....could be it drank too much at once. Just watch it and make sure it's eating and drinking and acting ok.
