My two hens hatched about 4/5 eggs and the one egg that didn't hatch hasn't hatched for two days of the hens laying on it while feeding the chicks. I was wondering if I should wait a couple more days even though the egg is probably dead? I felt it when I went out to provide food for the chicks and it was a bit cold, as in it wasn't as warm as it should be with a developing egg.

So should I get rid of the egg or stick by it for a few more days?

If you can put a flashlight under it and look inside the egg to see if there is movement i would do that but if not then it might be dead.

I've read of putting it in water (warm) to see if it moves. I would search for 'water test' or something along those lines. Sorry I don't remember more!
