throwing up yellow slime

The dogs got hold of this chicken ....she is okay and other than unhappy about being alone .... seems okay . We are keeping her in solitary because no matter how much blucoat and antipick spray we put on she still gets picked on. So until it heals we thought we would keep her separate. But now she is slobbering this yellow slime and then as it is hanging from her beak, she slings it around just to make it even more delightful.

Now what do I do???
