Time before incubator

A quick question. How long after picking up eggs(to get enough) before putting in incubator?

I'd only store them for a max of 10 days. 7 days being preferable.

They have been in the house for about a week,but don't have enough to put in incubator. Only have 4 hens laying, and would like to set about 24.

How bout the dirty eggs, can they be used?

Dirty eggs are fine as long as they aren't overly soiled. I don't recommend you wash them.
