Time to butcher?

I have 6 16 week old turkeys that I'm keen to butcher. The poo is just getting to be too much for me so wondered how soon can I butcher them? Ready for them to go, driving me nuts.

Are they Broad Breasted or Heritage? How much do they weigh?

I wouldn't know what they weigh. We have soooooooo much land for them to roam but they stay by the house and I just can't take the poo all over.

Looks like bronze, not broad breasted. How many kilos or pounds, more than 5 kilos? Hens or tom?

Possibly about 10lb/5kg, maybe a little less. They are quite big, often mistaking them for their mother lol. There are 3 hens and 3 toms. 1 hen is particularly small though and probably only about 3kg.
