Christmas day my partridge silkie hatched out her one chick. She's about to be a month old. I have never had a hen with a chick. What are signs mama hen might be ready for her chick to be on her own? When does mama get ready for this? (age of chick). Will the chick need to be separate until he or she finds her way into the rest of the flock? Mama and chick are separate right now and the other chickens have been around her and her chick but they keep to themselves for now since the hen and chick sleep in the brooder on these cold nights.

If the mama and chick are with the flock (they should be) then the chick will integrate easily with the other adults. Mama will protect her baby for a while, and baby will learn polite behavior with the adults.
Broody hens differ in how long they really care for babies, and this sounds fine so far. Let them all get along. Having more than one feeder and waterer is good, and everyone eating an all-flock feed, with oyster shell separate for the laying hens. And small sized grit if the chick isn't out on soil.

It would be better if the hen and her chick had been integrated with flock from day one. But the signs that a hen is weaning her chick are more or less the same signs most people point to as the signs of bullying.
