I have 4 red sex links about 22 weeks old. 1 has started laying. I have read where chickens lay early in the morning. She has laid 3 days straight. From 9AM -1 PM. Is this normal?

Yep! They don't necessarily lay EARLY in the morning, just usually in the morning. Nothing out of the ordinary.

In my experience, there’s not a ‘right’ time to lay. They’ll usually get on their personal schedule, and lay about the same time each day, but different chickens will have different times. One of mine now lays right before dark.

Yep, they all have their own patterns,
and it can take up to a month for a new layer to establish taht pattern....
....which can change at any time
