Hi, I have wood shavings for my chucken coop. There are bits of plastic in it, if I remove the bigger pieces will the tiny bits be ok? I'm using it on a dropping board

probably ok but don’t quote me I’m not 100% sure. I know My geese have ingested little bits of plastic and they’re OK. Heck probably Ive ingested some plastic in my lifetime as well..
I am curious, though, as to how they got in there in the first place?

I got them free from a sawmill, they were sanding wooden stakes and plastic stakes, they said next time there won't be plastic
