Tiny black worm

I found tiny (about half inch), fast moving black worm in the sand box today. I searched the forums and someone suggested millipede but I don't think it was that one. It didn't walk. It moved like a snake. It did have sections like millipede but I don't think it had legs and it had pointy tail end. I wish I have a photo but I instantly obliterated between my two fingers. I only saw one. Does anyone know what could this be? I have 14 weeks olds and 11 weeks olds. I never dewormed them. I used to give them acv water, but I stopped giving them all the time after I read I should them acv water only once a week. I would appreciate any guesses as to what could that might've been. Should I deworm them? I have Roosty's dewormer tablets handy but if I should get Fenbendazole, I will. Thanks.

Thanks. Is Safe-guard aquasol dewormer for chicken okay? The ingredient says it's fenbendazole. The problem I have is that I have only 6 chickens and their weights don't add up to the minimum dosage weight so I need to wait until they mature. Right?
Do you give your chicken acv water? If you do, how much and how often do you give them? Thanks.

You can wait or just do the math and minimize the dose.
I don't add acv, it doesn't offer any benefits at all beside slighty making the water acidic.
It's just one of the 'wives tale' things.
