Tiny circular Crack with a little blood :(

Incubating eggs for the very first time with a DIY styrofoam incubator... we have neighborhood hens that lay their eggs in our yard. The most recent hen was attacked by "something" and I started incubating the eggs that were left. I would be so grateful for answers to my two questions:

1. when counting the days of incubation. do I include the days that she was already sitting on the eggs (about a week)? Or start from the day I put them in the incubator?

2. I just noticed that one egg has a tiny little circular crack and there is a little light pink blood seeping out ((( What should I do?

Incubation time is total days incubated.

Cracked eggs usually die unfortunately.
