Tiny egg no yolk and a lump of something

Does this mean my hen is ill? Or just a fart egg? Anyone experienced this before? The hens are all about 2 yrs old now.

Could be an unknown deep sea dwelling invertebrate, an alien embryo, or a soggy mushroom, however I don’t recommend eating it (yes, this is a silly answer!).
 
From what I know, the chicken’s system mistook the bit of something for a yolk, and built an egg around it. I think they’re called fairy eggs or wind eggs and are normal especially for younger birds. It isn’t an indication of any issue.
