Welcome to BYC.
So sorry you are dealing with icky nasty bugs!

What part of the country/world are you in? Different methods may be needed depending on your location. We don't need or want your street address just general location works.

Is your run covered with a solid roof?
Is there straw in the coop AND run?

My best advice is to remove all bedding, spray the coop (every nook and cranny) with a permitherin based spray and treat your birds as well. You will have to repeat the treatment every 7-10 days to break the life cycle of mites and lice. I would do the treatment at least 3 times. This one is in ready to use formula.
