Tips for Owning 250 Chickens?

Egg Prices Have gone up in texas due to Shortage of eggs. Stores have contacted us, Asking us for eggs. We are about to build a pen, but wondering how many square feet 250 chickens need. We have the watering system set up Feeding set up. Any tips? We own 200 ducks, and own a small hatchery.
