Tips for reintroducing chicks back to other chicks after ten days?

My constipated girl is on ten days of meds and the vet told me to put the only chick who didn't look like her separated in with her in a separate space so she'd be easy to pick out to medicate. I am worried about them getting picked on when they go back with the other ten in a week. What can I do to prevent this? I was planning on putting them in at night so everyone would just wake up together. Is there a better way?

How old are they?

If just a few days or weeks old, they should be fine. Just put them back and keep an eye out for a few minutes to be sure, but they should just fit right back in again.
They will be four weeks old when the girls go back. They have been growing and changing so fast that I have been pretty worried about it.

They'll be fine but to be sure about it, your idea is a good one...just put them in at night, and when they wake up, none will be the wiser.

I wish it worked this way with adults.

Thank you so much! I sure hope they will be fine. The last thing they need is to be picked on after having to be separated and Cordelia having to take all that medicine.
