Tips on keeping & raising Muscovy ducks?

I have 2 Muscovy ducks,1 female and 1 male.We got them a couple of months ago and I whould like some advice.For example do they need a pond or a special construction to sleep in?

They are pretty hardy just need a place to be safe from predators at night and to keep out of the rain and cold wind. Mine don't spend a lot of time in water. A plastic kiddy pool to bathe in is all they need.
