I have added a few pictures but they were early on before chickens were in the coop.

Nice setup!
What are the dimensions of the coop?
I assume it's walk in coop?

For better ventiatlion.....
Remove the soffit material on both sides, even if it's perforated, and replace with 1/2" Hardware Cloth.
Cut out the triangular area of the coop above the pop door where it is protected by the run roof. Cover with HC unless your run is predator proof.
