Tired 8 week chick, maybe sick

I have a bantam cochin that is about 8 weeks old. She’s always sleeping and doesn’t move around much except to eat and drink. She’s eating, drinking, and pooping normally. She’s also a little bit smaller then the other chicks. I’ve been giving her electrolytes in her water, and she seems to perk up when I give her sugar water. I’m not sure what to do, so some help would be great

I think your already doing what you can. Electrolytes are great. does she have some grit to make sure she can get all the nutrition from her feed? Just keep a eye on her and hope for the best. Sometimes chicks just dont thrive but by 8 weeks she should already be thriving.

Forgot to tell you to make sure she is free of parasites. No Mites, Internal parasites, etc that could be taxing her little body. That would cause stunted growth and tiredness too.
