Tired of losing fully developed chicks

Some more awesome information. Thank. I am always looking at putting more eggs into the incubator. Right now I just dropped one so It will be a little while until I get another bunch set. but I am gong to put into effect all the great information that I have recieved and hope for the best thanks again.

Sounds like you were drowning them during the incubation period. Try the dry method, hardly any water during the first 18 days, humidty should be in the low 20's. Then during lockdown up the humidty to 70.

Ok, well, Today was hatch day and well, i think I am getting closer to getting it figured out. So far i have had two chicks hatch but one was really large and under developed. the other is still trying to come out of the egg as we speak. I am wondering if the under developed chick was the cause of the humidity to high on that bunch of eggs. I have changed the humidity for the next batch and it looks like the air sacks are larger then my other batches. any ways am i understanding incubation a little more? The large chick has the egg yoke hanging out it rearend.
