would a #3 (24" circle) wash tub be big enough for 10 chicks ?? also in the tub are a quart jar feeder and a quart jar water.

Yep, That will work just fine for awhile.....I buy the big rubbermaid clear storage totes with lids...cut the center out of the lid, make small holes around it, add hardware cloth or chicken wire, I use zip ties to hold the wire in place ... Make holes around all the sides of the tote up high...this works well for acouple weeks...

Tuffoldhen thanks for the fast reply. I plan on keeping the chicks in the tub for a few weeks and after that they are going to the floor of the hen house that I have wired off 3x8.
