Titan or Premier Plate, which is better & why?

I’m ordering one of the two plates. Which do you use & why? Which size is big enough to get 15 chicks to the 3-4 week mark? Thanks!

I have never used a heating plate so I can't be of any help there. I have hatched out hundreds of chicks but use my homemade brooder. I use an incandescent bulb for heat.

Thank you both for your replies! I am brooding in a dog crate that I’m attaching to a watermelon crate by cutting a door to attach. The hanging light can’t fit in the dog crate & the possible fire hazard with a lamp and cardboard will keep me up at night.
