To be or not to be a Frizzle?

I have six 2 week old chicks from a local farmer that has multiple roosters and one that is a polish frizzle....The adult feathers are coming in. Just wanted input whether or not these 2 might be frizzles.
The dark one is an Easter egger, + polish......
The white one is a California white leghorn + polish......

They do not look frizzled.

I could be mistaken, but it looks like the feathers on the darker one are starting to frizzle.
