To Cull or not to cull?

I have a red sex link separated from the flock right now. She's nasty, but her sister is perfectly fine with the new pullets. She is for sure the one in charge & pecks them when the get in her way, but she doesn't pin them down & beat on them like the mean girl was doing. So I guess it could go either way with the breed!

It often takes time to integrate....adding a single bird can be especially problematic, but usually for the new bird. Why did you add just one bird?

Redsexlink might be more aggressive because of the RIR genetics,
that is not written in stone but can be fairly common.
You may just have a rogue nasty bird, that can happen with any breed.

Knowing how you first integrated this bird, and how much space you have,
may garner viable solutions/suggestions.
