Hi. My wife and I rescued a goose about a month ago and she has angel wing on both sides. I'm not sure her age but shes full grown. From what I've read your suppose to treat it when they are young so I'm wondering should I try and fix it or just leave it be?

Thanks for the reply. Maybe you can tell me if it's a goose or gander as we only have the 1 and I have nothing to compare.

Actually it looks like the wings are still growing in? If they are go ahead an wrap. If I am not seeing this right then wait till first molt when flight feathers fall out then when they begin to start growing in wrap, we had a member some years back that said one of her geese had angel wing and it was fixed after wrapping after first molt. Bless you for rescuing him he’s gorgeous.
