Greetings!

Well, my hatching egg journey this year has taken a bit of a turn, and I'm decently certain I have ended up with just two girls, and five boys :(. They are about six and a half weeks old now, and growing well. My question is on flock integration. I currently have 5 adult hens, I plan on keeping the two six week old pullets, and am open to keeping one of the roosters. But-do I integrate everyone at 8 weeks? And start removing the roosters as they mature/become problematic? Or just integrate the 2 hens, and leave the rest in a bachelor pad? If I do that, how should I go about selecting the keeper rooster? Or maybe I rotate them out? Any thoughts appreciated!

Attached some pictures just for fun :)

Start integration now, put out a see but no touch pen and monitor. By 8 week, they can likely leave the pen and transition smoothly to the flock.
It will be in the dudes best interests to be raised by old hens, to teach them manners.
