To remove, or not?

I've seen several on here say they take their hatched chicks out once a day.

Others say leave them in from start to finish, even 3 full days.

So who all does what?

I like to leave them all in, usually about 36 hr after first hatch (unless I have some hyperactive chick causing chaos in the hatcher). Then I pull the dry ones and button it up for another 36.

It just seems so crowded in there! Got 15 chicks tripping over eggs and eggs rolling all around. I can hardly tell if any are pipped with that many in there.
