This little babies are so dang cute I want to hold them but I don't know if it is good to handle them. Also I have 2 dogs that are very curious they do not bother my older flock but I would like to get them aquatinted with this flock would it be wise to allow my dogs to sniff them or would that be a bad idea?

It's perfectly fine to touch your little chicks. Once they are a few days old take them out and sit on the floor with them somewhere secure (the bathroom makes clean up easier). Just keep them out for a little while when they are teensy but they'll soon be big enough to stay out longer. Let them play and climb on you. When they are teensy they'll get cold faster so if they are looking chilly put them back under their heat lamp.

It's up to you how much you trust your dog around the chicks. I wouldn't give them direct access to them, but as long as they aren't looking too interested (in a predatory way) I'd let them watch them in the brooder under supervision. If they are showing too much interest you'll have to wait until the chicks are bigger.

My dogs both beagles sniffed my new hatches right after they dried they are just trying to figure out if they are eatable or not so let them sniff them if they get too excited tell them no be nice

you yes .. your dogs only you know your dogs .. i would say its better if the birds know the dogs but dogs tend to look at chickens like a hamburger with legs on it .. just be careful lol ...
