Toad/frog is back got pics what kind is it?

I posted yesterday about this toad/frog he is back this morning I got pics this time. I am in northwest nj found it buried in the garden which is my run. Anyone know what kind it is? And if safe?

A toad is a very good thing to have in the garden. Comes out, mostly at night, and eats bugs. Build him a little rock cave over where he hangs out. He is absolutely no threat to a chicken. He is totally safe, except to bugs.

Yep, that's a toad. They are harmless. Your chickens are probably more of a threat to it than it is to them.

Our 75 lb. dog is afraid of them , he's also afraid of turtles!

Well they taste terrible to cats and dogs. My hens won't touch them. Now peeper frogs, that's another story altogether.
