Today is day 22 of hatch

I have 9 eggs in and one hatched this time yesterday. I do not see any piping on the other 8 eggs and no sign that naything is going on. I have two questions

1) has anybody had one egg hatch on time and the others take more than a day to hatch?

2) when should I remove the first chick?

Yes, I have had chicks hatch this way. I would leave the chick in there for now. They can live in there for 24-48 hours. But if you open the incubator, you will lose humidity which is very important at hatch time. GOod luck and keep us posted!!
