Today is World Egg Day!

I was just this morning wondering what I can do(differently)with some of the fresh yard eggs I have. BTW, I'm up to getting five nice eggs a day from my ten chickens. Eggciting!!! Anyway, I got a note on Facebook that today is actually World Egg Day http://www.thinkegg.com/worldeggday.asp
