WEll, today marked the end of the road for my 5 roos that I raised from eggs from my backyard flock. I don't think I mentally committed to each stage in the process until I had actually started it, so I had to do some setup along the way, but, all in all, it went well. I bled them out in a cone and then skinned them before eviscerating them. It turned out to be easier than I expected.
Now to go move the next batch into their vacated pen...
