Toe picking

What else can I do? I cleaned the wound with peroxide and then coated the whole foot with blu-kote to hide the wound from further picking and to promote healing. I can't really take her out of the coop, because, I don't have a "hospital" coop. How did I do? Thanks for any replies
 
This one coop with the hen with the picked toe, has 4 black sex-links, and two RIRs. They have been laying for about a month. I have another coop which has three occupents, a barred rock and two RIRs. They have been laying since last summer. They are all pullets in other words. Not the toe owner but one of her sisters is doing the picking.

*Can you cover it with band-aids? First aid tape? A little Self-stick ace wrap? HOW BAD is it??? Infected? Can you seperate her til it heals, if need be?
