Tolbunt polish questions

I have 3 tolbunt polish at the moment, and I’m pretty sure I have at least 1 hen. I want to breed them but have questions. I’ve heard that they’re mottled, and mottled chickens are known for getting more white after each molt? I suspect that I have 2 roosters, one with more black and one with more white. I like how the white one looks more than the dark one, but if it is true that they get more white, would it be better to keep the darker one?

I’m sure this one is a hen, I think she’s very pretty.

I’m on the fence, the head feathers look like a hen, but I don’t know if there are saddle feathers.

Possibly a rooster? I got this one from a different person, it’s much younger than the 2 other ones but has larger waddles.

I would love to hear your opinions, I’m completely confused with bird #2. I wouldn’t be disappointed if it’s a hen or rooster, I just bought some more Tolbunt chicks so I will have more to choose from in a few months.

Thank you! When I bought the 2 hens, I was told it was a rooster and a hen so that’s why I was so confused with the one who doesn’t have much of a poof
