Tom or hen?

Hi there! So I have two Turkey's I'm trying to figure out the gender of and any help would be appreciated! They are 10 months old, they have no spurs, and no beard, they gobble if one of our toms gobble first, and they'll strut if one of the toms starts strutting, they are bourbon reds,
