Tomato Jogger

My four year old special needs daughter is due for a new set of "wheels" and her therapist recommend the Tomato Jogger. Does anybody know anybody who has used this stroller or have a child with this stroller. It looks like it will work but I am worried because I don't believe it can be used for bus transport.

I have not heard of it. My special needs niece has used special wheel chairs for so long I don't remember much when she was 4. My sister work with special needs children so I will ask her.
