Too Hot on day 20

Oh I feel horrible…On day 20 we have incubated chicks egg roll around ready to hatch. One hatched and we adjusted the heat…Now the rest of the eggs are not rolling around. I'm afraid the eggs got to hot…should I maybe (with big hesitation and assuming the outcome not good) try to help crack?

Welcome to BYC - sorry for the circumstances. I would wait a couple of days before intervening. How hot did the incubator get, and why did you adjust the temperature?
