Too hot outside?

We have 4 week old chicks and just started taking them out to thier future home, we live in a desert and it's likely to be hot this summer. Already 35cecius today. Anyways wondering what people do with chickens in hot places, they do have shade but it's still awfully hot out there! At least the won't get too cold!

I live in Arizona, if you look for the locations thread, there are all kinds of great ways to keep your bird cool!
