Hello everyone. I have 6 chickens in my yard. They are varying breeds. I live in Chandler, Arizona and none of them are laying eggs. The are all about 1 year old. I currently have them free ranging due to the heat. I give them iced down water to drink everyday, as well as frozen fruits and veggies. Still no eggs. Can anyone help?

It's likely due to the heat. When we used to get eggs from a coworker it was always summer and winter that we bought store eggs.
Give it some time they'll be laying again when it cools off. Would you want to be out there working? Lol.

In this state its hot for six to 7 months a year. I was hoping there would be a different solution to get them to start laying.

If it isnt the heat what else would cause that?
