Hi -
I am brand new to raising chickens and went overboard getting started. I ordered 2 batches from Ideal Poultry - one in late May and one in mid June. I have 9 chicks that are 6 weeks old and 8 that are 3 weeks old. Would like to keep about 12 of them, but I want to give the others to someone who will pamper them as much as we have been! All are Bantams and I have 3 red silkies, 3 blue silkies and 3 partridge cochins in the first batch. Second batch is 4 white silkies and 4 blue cochins. I know there are at least 2 roosters in the first batch but not sure about the second batch. I in in N. Texas - N. of Denton. Would anyone want to come take a look?
